A busy start to the New Year for WOTA!

January has been a very busy month and saw in the start of the year with a flurry of activations on New Years Day together with the introduction of the Outlying Fells to the site.
These fells are already proving to be very popular with both Activators and Chasers.

As WOTA approaches its fourth year, we have a lot to celebrate and and even more to look forward to for 2012.
During 2011 Phil Catterall,G4OBK, completed the activation of all 214 Wainwrights and Geoff Harper, GM4WHA, completed the set of all 214 Wainwrights as a chaser.

Two new 2m repeater channels

According to the UK repeaters website, two new 2m repeater channels have been internationally agreed:
- 144.9750MHz input / 145.5750MHz output (RV46)
- 144.9875MHz input / 145.5875MHz output (RV47)
