Notice of rule change for activators

Following discussions with some leading activators, it is likely that the requirement for 4 contacts to be made from a summit for it to count towards an activator's points total will be reduced to 1 contact.
This rule change will require a change to the website software before an activation will be accepted on logging fewer than 4 contacts, therefore it cannot be implemented immediately. Activators who make fewer than 4 contacts from a summit should postpone entering them in the database until a notice has been posted informing that this change has been implemented.
