Important rule change for activators

As previously noted, a change has been made to the rules for activators. For an activation to count for WOTA, only a single valid contact now needs to be made from the summit.
This rule applies retrospectively to the start of the WOTA programme. Activators who have already logged contacts made from summits where fewer than 4 contacts were made should delete the log entries and re-enter them. The database should then give credit for the activation under the changed rule.
